T was a renaissance princess along with her friend who came to our church trunk-or-treat and chili cook-off with us.
J was stately in his king costume. He uses it to dress up regularly :-)
This year I put some real effort into E's costume, being the first year that she actually cared. I bought 20 yards of tulle and made this skirt. It turned out much bigger and heavier than even I had envisioned... she loved it! The Queen of Hearts.
I worked on the costume right up until we left for the church. Of course at the last minute, the crown had to have hearts covered in red, sparkly nail polish and there had to be a necklace with the same.
