American Pie

I think that was the name of this pattern. I started it so long ago, can't remember. Some of my favorite fabric ever went into this quilt. I only started it when we lived in California, 6 years ago... It took me long enough. I actually cut it while we lived in Mexico and made a myriad of things (including a Sunday outfit for T) out of the scraps before I ever started piecing the quilt. I just love all of the colors.

You can see some of the quilting on the up close pics of the back and front. It was pretty tight quilting and took a long time, but it's one of my new favorite free-hand patterns.
